THE SIRIMEDURA HOTEL IS CONVENIENTLY LOCATED

10 minutes from the airport,on the road to Colombo. The overwhelming majority of guests are transit passengers, mostly travelling between South Asia and the Middle East.

There are 40 rooms in total, both air conditioned and non air conditioned. All the rooms have twin beds, and a third bed can be added if required. Every room has a TV and phone and simple, clean décor that is regularly refurbished.

The restaurant serves either buffet or set meals, depending on guest numbers. There is a good view of the pool from the restaurant, and evenings here are quiet and peaceful.

Beside the pool there is the recently opened Beauty Center where guests can treat themselves to a haircut, beauty treatment or massage.

The Sirimedura Hotel is also a popular venue for conferences, seminars and social functions. There are two Banquet Halls, one inside the main building, and the other in a recently refurbished hall next door. In addition to this there is a smaller conference room in the main building suitable for seminars and meetings for up to a dozen people. The location of the hotel, between the airport and Colombo is ideal for business meeting and conferences.
As well as the main building, the Sirimedura also manages the "Siri Sevena" guest house, 100 metres down the road. This is a small, quiet place with just ten simple, non air conditioned double rooms. It also has a restaurant that serves snacks and a limited range of local food.
